Velvin Building specialises in the design, planning, project management and building of new Architectural homes. Joe Velvin-Turner is a Qualified Builder, Registered Master Builder and Licenced Building Practitioner with diverse building experience in the Queenstown Lakes area.
His partner Amber McGrath is a talented and experienced architectural designer. This provides a backbone of knowledge, and depth of understanding of all areas of residential construction.
We employ and provide training to dedicated apprentice builders whose professionalism and enthusiasm is key to creating the positive team environment that we are proud of.
